Best Egg Curry you will ever have(Dhaba Style Egg Curry)

Dhaba Style Egg Curry or Egg Bhuna Masala.

Indian cuisines are colourful. Egg is an item that gives us widest range of recipes to have in a breakfast, lunch or dinner. Today we will prepare an item that you can have with rice, pulao, roti, parathas or with any other bread. Today's preparation is Dhaba Style Egg Curry or Egg Bhuna Masala. 
While we are preparing Egg Bhuna Masala, we have to cook the masala very well to make it thick with proper texture and taste. So, lets begin.

Ingredients :: 

    Dhaba Style Egg Curry or Egg Bhuna Masala.
  • 4 boiled eggs
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 10 to 12 black peppers
  • 1/2 inch cinnamon stick
  • 2 small cardamoms
  • 2 onions finely chopped
  • Ginger-Garlic paste
  • 2 green chillies finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 large tomato finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (as per taste)
  • Coriander chopped finely
  • Kasuri Methi.

Preparation ::


Dhaba Style Egg Curry or Egg Bhuna Masala.
  1. First of all, prepare a solution of Masala. In a cup, add a tsp water and all the masala(2 tablespoons coriander powder, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala and 1 teaspoon gram flour ). Keep it aside.
  2. Put 2 teaspoons of oil in a pan and let it heat, then add a little bit of coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt to it and then mix it in the oil and then with the help of a focal hole in the boiled eggs Fry them and take them out in a plate so that the egg curry will add more flavor.
  3. Now put 2 tablespoons of oil in a Kadhai and let it heat up, then add bay leaves, black pepper, cinnamon, and cloves, cardamom and fry it a little, then add chopped onions, green chilli And fry them properly. Remember to stir it time to time so that the onions doesn't get burned. Once its golden yellow add Ginger-Garlic paste to it and mix it properly.
  4. Now add the solution of masala(spices) followed by tomatoes and cook them till they become soft. Mix and cook well for 3-4 minutes(Don't forget, its Egg Bhuna Masala) and you will see the spices leave the oil.
  5. When its thick, add 1 cup of water, mix it well and let the gas flame rise to a boil, as soon as the gravy comes

    to a boil, add garam masala and fried eggs to it. Mix, and let it cook on medium flame for 10 minutes. Don't for get to stir occasionally. After 10 minutes, open the lid and add kasuri methi and mix properly. Keep it covered for 10 more minutes and your Dhaba Style Egg Curry or Egg Bhuna Masala is all ready to serve.
